POLÍCIA CIVIL REALIZA “OPERAÇÃO ATROZ” E PRENDE CASAL SUSPEITO DE EXTORSÃO EM DRACENA 1z375m A Polícia Civil do Estado de São Paulo, prendeu nesta quinta-feira (23), um homem de 35 anos e uma mulher de 22 anos suspeitos de praticar o crime de extorsão. A ação ocorreu na residência do casal, localizada no bairro Jardim Jussara, em Dracena.
As investigações foram iniciadas após um homem de 33 anos registrar um boletim de ocorrência na última segunda-feira (20), relatando ter sido extorquido e agredido pelo casal em uma suposta cobrança de dívida relacionada a drogas.
A vítima apresentou lesões na cabeça, que afirmou terem sido causadas por golpes de coronha desferidos pelo agressor, além de ferimentos nas costas e um corte no braço esquerdo.
Diante dos fatos, a Polícia Civil instaurou inquérito policial para apurar o crime de extorsão.
Durante a busca na residência, os agentes localizaram e apreenderam um simulacro de arma de fogo, modelo pistola calibre 9mm, além de uma pequena porção de crack.
Os suspeitos foram conduzidos à delegacia, onde permanecerão à disposição da Justiça até a realização da audiência de custódia. Após essa etapa, a mulher será encaminhada à Cadeia de Tupi Paulista, enquanto o homem será transferido para a Cadeia de Presidente Venceslau.
