Mais um caso de descumprimento de isolamento social foi registrado no município de Dracena. Desta vez, após denúncia recebida através do canal de WhatsApp da Prefeitura, a Vigilância Sanitária autuou uma paciente positiva para COVID 19. O valor da multa corresponde a R$ 6.172,71.
A mulher de 29 anos deveria estar cumprindo o isolamento em sua casa, mas preferiu ir a um rancho, na cidade de Pauliceia, acompanhada pela mãe, irmã e o namorado, descumprindo o determinado pelo médico quando ou pelo no Centro Municipal de Atendimento à Covid (CEMAC).
O auto de infração foi entregue na terça-feira, 16. Conforme a diretora de Vigilância em Saúde, Aline Andrade, a mulher terá 10 dias conforme a legislação para entrar com defesa.
Ela deveria estar cumprindo o isolamento na residência onde reside aqui na cidade, porque é o endereço que consta na documentação do CEMAC.

A Vigilância Sanitária informa que pessoas que estiverem positivadas para o covid 19, assim como seus familiares e não seguirem a risca a quarentena determinada pelo médico se forem flagradas não cumprindo o isolamento serão multadas em 201 UFM – o valor em reais é de R$ 6.172,71 e ainda será registrado Boletim de Ocorrência na Polícia e o caso ado para o Ministério Público.

Ao denunciar é preciso pontuar, por exemplo, o endereço que está descumprindo tal medida; ou o nome do denunciado para que a equipe possa chegar e comprovar o problema.
